Pay by card:
In cooperation with DIBS (www.dibs.se) you can pay by VISA or Mastercard. DIBS are a europen Payment Service Provider. Univerter AB can not read or save card information.

Shortly after your order an purchase confirm will be sent to your e-mailadress.

Delivery:
Parcel will be sent normally in a week after your order to your door. At big order or with campaigns could the delivery time be longer. Freight by post as a letter or parcel (over 2 kg).

Prices:
For countries inside Europen Union (EU): Product, freight and value added tax are included. No other costs will be added.
For countries outside Europen Union (EU): Value added tax and toll are excluded.

Cheating:
Univerter AB has always right to refuse a order whitout an explanation (example with suspect cheating or extremly big orders aso). Attempt of cheating will be traces and report to police.

Warranty:
The products includes of at least one year guarantee. Valid for Waterremover: Spongs and tubes is not included in guarantee. Valid for Powerpress: Latextube are not included in guarantee. The guarantee counts from 3 days after poststamp date. Always contact us in any case of guarantee.

Complaint and returns:
Complaints of  incorrect or damaged product shall be informed to Univerter AB immediately after received delivery. Customer has full return right in 14 days after receiving. The product shall return in unhurt pack and/or never been used. If the product shows to be used after an research the return freight to customer will be charge the customer in prepaid. Returns with cash on delivery (cod) will not be paid of Univerter AB.
